“Sensitive personal data”: is information
relating to a data subject’s racial or ethnic origin, political

4. Client/Candidate submissions
4.1 Candidates
You understand and agree that Sunalysis (i) does not guarantee that any
Client will ask for your information; (ii) does not guarantee that
you will receive any employment or job offers through the Website;
(iii) shall not be responsible for any employment offers, interviews
or Client decisions; and (iv) does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness
of Client information including, but not limited to, role/job descriptions.
Sunalysis makes no representation in respect of the existence,
nature or availability of any employment vacancy or role submitted
to this Website. Candidates are solely responsible for verifying
the existence, nature and availability of any advertised employment
vacancy.
Sunalysis is not responsible for the final terms, salary and/or
duration of any appointment obtained through this Website.
You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes in searching
for employment opportunities.
4.2 Clients
You understand and agree that Sunalysis: (i) does not guarantee that
Candidates will ask for, or act upon, the information you submit; (ii)
does not guarantee that suitable Candidates will be available or will
meet your needs; (iii) shall not be responsible for any employment offers,
interviews or Candidate decisions; and (iv) does not guarantee the accuracy
and completeness of information including, but not limited to, Candidate’s
CVs and personal details.
Clients are responsible for analysing the suitability of any Candidate
based on the information provided by the Candidates.
You agree to use this Website only for lawful purposes in searching
for an employee(s) to join your business/company.
5. Disclaimer
You acknowledge and accept that you assume all risks related to or resulting
from your usage of the Website. Sunalysis makes no warranty that the
Website will: (i) be error-free; (ii) be uninterrupted and secure;
and (iii) contain reliable, accurate, complete and truthfully submitted
information from Candidates and/or Clients.
Whilst Sunalysis endeavours to ensure that this Website is normally
available 24 hours a day, Sunalysis will not be liable if for any
reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
6. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled at all times in accordance
with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998. Your personal
information will be accessible by employees of Sunalysis in order to
facilitate the operation of this Website and will not be passed on
or shared with any other party without your prior consent.
Sunalysis will use a data subject’s Personal Data where

If you wish to terminate your relationship with Sunalysis and wish us
to remove information we hold on you from our database, for whatever
reason, please e-mail us and
we will remove your information as soon as possible.
Sunalysis has the right to terminate any services or functionality
of the Website and remove any information or data. Sunalysis may
also terminate your access to any part of the Website or services
provided by us at any time, with or without cause or notice, for
any reason.
