How we work with our clients |

At
Sunalysis we believe in building relationships with our clients -and
take the time to fully understand all the requirements of a vacancy
you put forward. This provides us with the right information we need
to find you the perfect employee.
However, all this does not happen in isolation. As important, Sunalysis
invests time getting to know our candidates - from what makes them
tick to understanding their career goals and aspirations.
Sunalysis is proud of its winning formula, so finding the right person
for your team may be just around the corner!
This is how it works once you have registered
your details with us:
- Begin by adding a vacancy to your client
zone - you may add as many as you require.
- One of our consultants will review your vacancy and contact
you to arrange a face-to-face meeting to discuss your role.
- With a clearer understanding of the vacancy, your consultant
will then populate your client zone ’drop-box’ with
suitable CVs from our candidate database. (You will receive an
e-mail notifying you when this has happened).
- Once you have had an opportunity to review the CVs, you should
then contact your consultant to discuss those you are interested
in.
- Only when you are fully satisfied and happy to proceed will
your consultant arrange an interview between you and our candidate(s).
- Following the interview, your consultant will contact you
again to discuss your feedback or address any issues you may
have.
- When you are ready to make an offer, your consultant will
feed it back to our candidate.
- On acceptance of your offer, finally Sunalysis will assist
in arranging contracts between you and your new employee.
